I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : In such challenging economic times, the support of
individual initiative is critical to the health of our economy. This
support provides jobs in places where job opportunities are lacking,
while not costing the tax payer.
