I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : As a Realtor, I see nearly every day the already large
difficulties in helping lower income people to become homeowners. Any
regression towards redlining would be one more nail in the coffin that
is life for the poor and lower income and minority person in this
country.
We can do better than this. The FDIC can do better than this! Please
do not make negative changes to the Com-
munity Reinvestment Act.
