I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : The Community Reinvestment Act is an example of an
effective program that does not cost taxpayers anything. Please do not
change the rules. Thank you.
