I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : This act has been extraordinarily successful in
increasing home ownership in America and correspondingly, American's
sense of personal ownership and investment in their community. Weakening
it would be a serious mistake.
