I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : The FDIC should be making it easier for communities to
finance affordable housing and community development, not making it more
difficult. This is a step in the wrong direction.
