I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Rural communities are not to be tossed aside. It's sad to
think the FDIC devalues rural communities. I lived in a rural
environment for over 35 years and consider it to have been something in
my favor. Shame on us for even considering turning our backs on these
citizens.
