I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : As someone who works with low-income families, I know
that home ownership makes a huge difference in people's ability to move
out of poverty. Please do not make legislative changes that would harm
some of our citizen's chances of achieving the American Dream.
