I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : I grew up in south central North Dakota during the
recession of the 1980s. My family worked hard, from before dawn to well
after dusk, and still had to rely on commodity food from the government
and free lunches at school to keep me and my brothers fed. These rule
changes would keep honest, hardworking, taxpaying and Republican-voting
people from affording a decent home or having access to often
desperately needed community services. DO NOT CHANGE THE COMMUNITY
REINVESTMENT ACT!!!
