I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Stop giving rights to only the rich. Soon only the rich
will be entitled to an education, healthcare, tax cuts, and basic human
rights! The only thing the rich won't do is join the armed forces and
serve the country. That they leave to the poor, anfd minorities
eventhough the rich are the ones sending our kids into needless battles.
