I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : As my family is from a rural area in Georgia, and have
pulled themselves up by their bootstraps, and thankfully there were
programs like this to help them along. What do you gain from refusing
credit to people who have good credit references and history?
