I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : There is a growing divide in our country between those
who have and those who have-not, and exclude those who have been
fortunate enough to rise, even slightly, out of poverty seems to only
make that divide worse.
