I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : Please do not disenfranchise persons/communities on the
lower end of the economic scale. The one thing we need in America today
is people to own their own homes, be able to repair them and to
re-vitalize our communities and inner cities.
