I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : This Act serves as a prime example of legislation that
works - at little or no cost to the taxpayer yet with great benefits to
all aspects of community redevelopment. Limiting its application serves
only the interests of large banks and harms everyone else.
