I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.:
I live in a rural area, and I see people and communities that need
the kind of help that the CRA can provide. They should at least have
the chance to participate.
