I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: I believe it is the responsibilty of the government to ensure that
all people have equal opportunties and equal access. These changes
pose a serious threat to the ablility of those in impoverished areas
to change their circumstances and make their communities better.
Please consider the men, women, and especially children who need
the hope of a better future when you make this decision.
