I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: I have seen first hand the benefits of CRA efforts in urban areas.
Such strategies need to be strengthened by diminshed -- and rural
areas need this legislation as much as our decaying cities. Do not
allow the CRA to be weakened.
