I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: Rural areas need special consideration in helping to finance local
affordable housing, community services and other community development.
This has been an excellent program. Please do not make cuts or changes
to it that will hurt rural community development and local rural
ownership. Thank you.
