I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: Banks are a prime source of community health and growth. These
proposed rules,as I read them, will have the effect of greatly reducing
community investment, and consequently adversely impact the health
of our more needy communities. Thank you
