I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: The changes that have been proposed will make it more difficult
for poor communities, especially in rural America, to finance affordable
housing, community services, and other community development. This
would be a step in the wrong direction
