I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: I know several fine families who've been helped by loans they wouldn't
have received except for this program. Farm families are suffering.
Please don't make it harder on them.
