I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act(RIN AC50). The changes will make it more difficult for poor and rural Americans to obtain loans and finance affordable housing. It will do great harm to rural communities. This is wrong. I urge you to reconsider these changes.
