Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community
Reinvestment Act regulations. Perhaps more than any others, rural
communities represent the character and hope of America. Yet they
consistently are among the most difficult to serve and among the
most underserved in our county and by its institutions. Any reduction
in commitment to and support by financial institutions will undermine
rural communities. Please do not adopt this rule.
