Gentlemen:
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment
Act regulations. In my opinion, it will really undermine rural communities.
This would greatly impact efforts to improve the overall quality
of life for many residents of the Mississippi Delta. Please do no
adopt this rule.
