To Whom it may Concern:
The CRA has provided low and moderate income communities an
opportunty to redevelop their communities using resources and skills of
the local community.
The effort expended in rebuilding our neighborhoods is a source of
pride. The insitutions built by and for these communities can be
imperiled by the sudden changing of the rules governing the distribution
of the CRA funds.
I therefor recommend that every effort be made to establish a
mechanism that protects the community and keeps the playing field level
for everone.
