To Whom it may concern:
I oppose the changes to the current CRA regulations based on the need
for additional money for low income housing. Please try to factor in the
shrinking contributions from both federal and private sources before
making any changes. I believe the change whould lead to lower lending
and investments into the areas that have the greatest need.
