Subject: CRA improvement proposal
All the officers and Directors of Jefferson Bank in St Louis join
with me in support of the proposed changes to the CRA. Besides the
obvious cost savings which will ultimitely pass along to the consumer,
the simple truth is that banks compete fiercely for loans and their are
no worthwhile credit needs which go unmet in any community that we are
