I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : In these difficult times for those with lower incomes in
the United States it is imperative to continue Community Reinvestment
reinvestment provisions to finance affordable housing, community
services and other community development in poor and rural areas.
