RE: Proposed CRA Legislation

To Whom It May Concern:

This proposal would not be conducive to the needs of our underserved and lower income communities in Southwest Louisiana as it will result in less capital for affordable housing in an already depressed area of this country. We, the Southwestern LA Homeless Coalition, Inc. representing sixty plus organizations providing housing and/or homeless assistance in the five-parish area serving Southwestern Louisiana therefore strongly oppose the new legisation.
