Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-Ac50,
As a town manager of a rural town in New Hampshire and as a Board
member of our Regional Economic Development District I strongly oppose
the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations.
In my opinion, it will really undermine rural communities. I urge
you not to adopt this rule.
