RE: RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Sir:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations. CRA is a valuable asset in rural areas. It provides an incentive for banks to partner with Community Based Organizations. The proposed FDIC rule exempts many of the banks in the rural areas of Nebraska from supporting much needed housing and community development activities for low-income families.

Please do not adopt this rule.
