Ladies/Gentlemen:
I strongly oppose the rule changing the Community Reinvestment
Act regulations. Rural Communities
such as ours depend on investments, lending and assistance from
banks. We do not have the
sophisticated commercial enterprises of the big cities – but
we are the heart of America.
Please do NOT adopt this rule.
