I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community
Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural
communities. : This creates a hardship on the peop le who can least
afford it or deal with it...
Seems like the agency is acting either insensitively.
Or maybe it's intentional...that would be worse. Whatever it is, this is
not in theinterest of the public and does serve vested interests. If the
public really knew about this, there would be significant opposition.
