I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: The result of these changes is that there will be far fewer CRA
assets available to the developers of affordable housing, particularly
in rural America. This will deal a serious blow to the dream of affordable
housing for thousands of American families.
