Gentlemen/ladies, I am writing in regards to RIN 3064-AC50, as a
former Housing Program Manager for a non-profit Community Development
Corporation (CDC), I fully understand the value of RIN 3064-AC50.
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment
Act regulations. In my opinion, it will greatly undermine rural communities.
Please do not adopt this rule.
