I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: I live in rural Maine and many young people can not afford to buy
homes in our area. We need more banks not less looking for ways to
help young families and individuals get started.
