I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: when we loan money to improve one house in a bad/poor neighbohood,
it inspires others in the same neighborhood to also fix up their
property.Next thing you know the neighborhood is a bad/poor neighborhood
anymore
