I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: As a citizen of a largely rural state, and as a medical school
student who cares about the wellbeing of her future patients, I feel
obligated to register my opposition to this change in regulations.
This is not just about money; this is about people's lives.
