I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: You cannot be serious about this! Small towns have a hard enough
time as it is without you guys stripping them of this highly successful
and cost effective act. These proposed changes would definitely cause
harm to a large portion of rural America. Please, re-think your position,
you can be better stewards of our nation's financial system than
this! Thank you.
