I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : The Community Reinvestment Act has expanded the American dream to millions of hardworking rural people, and it hasn't cost taxpayers one penny. It's regulation that works! The rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50) will do harm to rural communities.
