I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: The proposed rule changes are unconscionable, at a time when the
gap between the haves and have-nots continues to grow in this country.
The Community Reinvestment Act is critical for families in rural
communities. We need to be supporting folks with lower incomes, not
taking away programs that benefit them.
