I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.
: Please do not change the Community Reinvestment Act in a way that
will disenfranchise many poor Americans. All banks should be held
to compliance with this act and prohibited from lending an any area
where loans are not equitably offered. Thanks for listening.
