On behalf of my organization I wish to indicate my strong opposition to the proposed rule changing of the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. It continues to be difficult obtaining banking support for community development needs for lower income individuals and their families in our five county rural areas. This rule would only make it even more difficult. I ask you not to adopt this rule. Thank you.
