Gentlemen:

RE: RIN 3064-AC50

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opinion the proposed changes would undermine rural communities and undo the positive impact CRA has had in providing credit for low income communities. Please do not adopt this rule.
