I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural communities. : The FDIC was created to protect consumers and to ensure that financial institutions operate for the benefit -- not detriment -- of our communities. The proposed regulation change will put Americans at risk, for the sake of bigger profits of banks. I respectfully urge you to reject the regulation change.
