I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural communities. : Rural communities will be unduly harmed by this legislation. Please don't take away the one tool which assist with provision of affordable housing and other vitally needed seervices for the rural poor.
