Dear Sirs:

I am writing in opposition of the proposed rule changes to the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. The changes would be devastating to the limited resources and support that the rural areas currently receive. I urge you to explore the significant impacts that the changes...most of which are probably unintended, will have on communities already lacking in support for development programs!

Please do not change the regulations and support community development!
