We applaud the FDIC and Treasury’s initiative and measures to calm the financial markets. With regard to the TLGP we feel the 75 basis point cost is too high and a lower cost should be considered. We would also like to see an extension of the opt out date to give sufficient time to review the final rules after the comment period ends.
