Subject: Processing of Deposit Accounts Insurance Modernization

As a long-time customer of WaMu, these policies are very important to me.  
Wouldn't the 1099 system at the bank serve as a unique identifier for you.  
You could take that system backwards from interest reporting back to the designatied accounts?
 
Just a shot from a thousand feet, as have limited bank experience.
