General Comment:It is important that collection agencies be held to high standards in submitting 
inofrmation to consumer credit reports.  Consumers should be notified by writting 
or other correspondance well in advance of any negative report to a credit reporting 
agency.  Many consumers are victims of collection agencies that continually 
report negative items as public records even after the relevant accounts have been 
settled and/or paid in full.
