General Comment:

As you look at the crediting process, I would hope that a review is made to
eliminate businesses from making inquiries of a consumers credit not for lending
purposes, but for establishing a price for a consumer product such as insurance
(home, auto and health) and telephone to name a couple. These business have
other information at their disposal that levels the playing field for all consumers
versus invading the consumers credit worthiness (and potential credit rating) which
in turn inflates the price that I would interpret as predatory pricing tactics.
